It is such a pleasure to dine at a restaurant where the chef takes pride in his food. St&eacute;phane was pleased to share with us his excellent cuisine, and his staff was charming. The chef is an alchemist, what you get is far more than the ingredients he mixes together. I highly recommend this place.  If you care about food, please support people who care about food.
